I do not recommend H&R block at all. The man we saw was very rude. We were not told up front about anything. It has been almost a month and we are still waiting for our taxes even though the IRS has already released them to H&R block. We were told they would discount the price but in actuality it was not discounted. Had we been told up front that the taxes were deposited into their own account first and not mine, I would have went elsewhere. Now I am waiting for them to release my tax money. They can't even give me a time frame of when they will. I will never use H&R block again.
