I absolutely love living at greenhill. it is perfect for pet owners! they have dog parks on the campus not to mention it has access to a nice river walk that leads to a dog park one way and a giant park the other way. maintenance is great it always come right away. the people in the office are always so sweet and helpful :)

I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years. It has switched management SEVERAL times and never notified the tenants. They don’t care about anyone’s safety. There’s a homeless guy that stays at the bus stop on the property at night. There have been gunshots several times in the courtyards. They moved everyone into other peoples apartments in the middle of a pandemic and wouldn’t let anyone end their lease and made them move without a choice. I had a personal experience that risked my safety to where I needed to move out. They made me turn my keys in, wouldn’t give me the option to end my lease, and I had to continue to pay my lease for 6 months or until they can find someone to sublease the room. This apartment complex makes THOUSANDS of dollars since they make residents pay BY ROOM, NOT by apartment but still can’t fix issues inside of apartments or hire security or anything. If I were anyone, I would avoid this place at all cost. Save your money and find somewhere else to go.

The staff here is amazing. Very accommodating. The pool, gym and tanning bed is a plus! Internet included in my apartment helps with these crazy times.

Worked here for just a bit of time, and the rest of the staff was very helpful, on top of their job, and always polite and kind. We were faced with ups and downs early on, and our manager stepped up to the plate and found the best possible outcome for the company and the situation at hand. Would recommend working for them, or living in this location. It’s very affordable and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

I really enjoy living at GreenHill apartments. I live in a furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath for $399 a month with everything included but electricity. The apartments are nicely cleaned and the rooms are very spacious. Ever since the new property manager was hired, the customer service at the office has been outstanding. They are very good at answering my questions and leading me in the right direction. I also appreciate that every time we need maintenance, they are there as soon as possible and they are very helpful. I would definitely recommend living here.
