New River Heating responded quickly to my request early on a Monday morning. What could have been an expensive repair, was a simple electrical issue in the wiring to the power supply. Simple fix and all is good. Charges were great considering I have a service maintenance contract.
The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very courteous. He was also very knowledgeable and thorough in his service check of our HVAC system and explained the results of several tests that he performed. He also answered every question that I had with clear explanations. When you work with technicians from various companies, it’s very obvious that this gentleman representing New River Heating and Air, Inc. has an outstanding work ethic and will keep customers returning for future service.
This place was friendly, fast, reasonably priced, and responsive. Their receptionist is super sweet and their installers are very good at what they do.
New River Heating & Air is a superb company and I cannot praise them enough for their excellent service, response time and professionalism. We were sure we would need our unit replaced, but they were able to clean and repair it so we will get more good years out of it. Brian Broce and Jesse Krasner went out of their way to troubleshoot the problem and make sure we have a working unit, which we are so thankful for since the worst of winter is yet to come. Also, the office staff was quick to respond to our initial call and they followed up promptly. New River Heating & Air will certainly get our business from now on. Thank you so much.
Called 1st thing in the a.m. when furnace as not heating. Technician arrived shortly after noon. Brad was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. Could not have bern more pleased. Highly recommend New River Heating &Air.
