I bought a 2016 Toyota 4Runner a few weeks back. Absolutely impressed with the vehicle, but even more impressed with the customer service. Good group of salesmen. The financial officer was very helpful and down-to-earth. Nick helped me through the whole process and I don’t have anything bad to say of him. He followed up with some phone calls to make sure I knew what the next step was. He even screwed the plate on, so it was already for me to hop in and drive off the lot. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I had no clue what to expect in terms of service. He definitely set the bar for the next time I buy a car from a dealer. Thanks again Nick! I purchased a 2012 Ford truck from Done Deal Motors in July 2020. The buying experience was great. The staff and management were knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. After I picked up the truck, there were a couple of minor repairs/fixes needed for it to be able to pass NH State inspection. Done Deal Motors helped me get those couple of items fixed promptly and the truck is now registered, inspected and on the road with a very happy new owner. Great experience, I would do business here again.

I bought a Chevy Tahoe from this dealership a few weeks ago, and after taking it to a Chevy dealership for an inspection found issues with the rear shocks. Having already replaced the battery prior to purchase, the service department replaced the shocks and suspension compressor without question. I had to go back again because one of the new shocks was defective and once again they replaced it without hassle or cost. Many thanks to Oliver in the service department who was professional and extremely helpful. The after sale service I had here would be hard to find elsewhere. Recommend this dealership, as the buying process was smooth and unpressured, financing rate was excellent.

the process was quick and easy. the customer service was great and the gentleman named Kervin helped me out a lot with picking out my new vehicle. the day i came to look at it he had it all ready for me to test drive and was very honest and polite. i would recommend doing business with him if you buy a car here.

Very polite and fair. Matt kept us entertained for a few hours while we waited, and also kept us in the loop and up to date on the bank status. We are so thrilled with our purchase!
