Under new management and it shows! I worked with Billy, the finance manager and John, the sales consultant. Respectful, no pressure, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. Both of them made me feel comfortable immediately and ensured a stress free buying experience. I love my new car! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality, used car at an affordable price.

I brought a Honda Civic at this dealership in April. Less than month and a half I had to put 3,000 into the car. This place is a ripoff and anyone who decides to purchase a car from this dealership please take it to your own mechanic to check out the car that you are going to purchase before you sign any paperwork. The salesmen are very polite but once you have a problem with a car that you brought from them they are down right nasty!! I took the car I purchased and the brakes, ball joints, transmission pump and a lot more things I have to replace and it going to cost me another’s 4,000 to make it safe to drive this car. SO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF BUYING A CAR FROM CHAMPION MOTORS PLEASE THINK TWICE!!!!!

WATCH OUT!!!!!nnThey might look very friendly which they are but you will be completely lost when you will see a lot of hidden charges coming in your plate and there is NO WAY OUT. Excluding the car price, they charged me like $3000 dollars for VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT and I don't know what the heck is this, another $150 for RUNNER FEE, again no idea! Documentation charge is $500 I mean COME ON! Too bad that I already signed the contract paper being a total a**. I asked them to cancel the service contract but totally ignored me. Couple of times tried to reach in phone but they knew it was me and ignored my calls and texts. Tried with my office phone and when Andrew came to know it's me he was rude and cut off the line and asked me to delete his number. I understand that I signed all the papers but I still have rights to ask questions because I was confused about some numbers in the papers.nnAlso, I had to make repairs on tires and key after the purchasing. BEWARE OF THEM!!! They will sell cars with faults and once you sign the papers you are in complete dead-end.nnBE CAREFUL WITH DEALING THEM.

This place is the real deal. Professional down to earth salesmen that go above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable. When I brought my Mercedes C300 to Champion City for an unrelated reason, they gave me a complimentary detail!! Not your usual dealership. I can't wait to go back and get another vehicle. Champion City Motors got me the exact car, low interest rate, in exact amount of loan time that I requested. Talk about getting the job done!
