Willow Creek knows how to take care of their residents! I had a maintenance/safety concern and Kenny in the main office was extremely helpful and resourceful. The maintenance supervisor, JC, was so kind and funny and got the job done quick!
I am currently looking for housing for next semester. Rachelle has been amazing to work with. I would prefer to have a one bedroom but she mentioned rooming me with someone that has common interests like mine. I really appreciate the time she has put in to find me the perfect roommate. I highly recommend working with Rachelle and Willow Creek Radford!!
These peeps are always chill. I have been working with Rachelle to get me a place for next year. She has been great about checking back in while I am figuring out what I want.
JC and Zack fixed my dishwasher around 11am today and it's as good as new, the maintenance is done quicker than expected which is fantastic.
Clean grounds is very important to me. I have lived in other communities that do not seem to care about how their properties look. Willow Creek is not like that. I am very happy with my unit and the service I receive from the office staff. Rechelle has always been so nice to me not matter how annoying I may be. It is important to me that no matter what kind of day I am having I know I can call the office and get great service!
