The ER is a joke. Had an ear that was clogged with ear wax. Reported this to the ER doctor. After he checked my ear, he diagnosed me with an inner ear infection. $175.00 copay. Following up with my PCP after suffering 5 days of hearing loss to my right ear. $30.00 copay.It was found to be ear wax. It was cleaned out and my hearing returned. Never,ever again will I trust my health and well being to Carillon Franklin Memorial ER.

Required to sit in car until patient is seen. I didn't have a problem. Just wish parking was a little larger. Staff very friendly and helpful.

very clean, friendly staff, well equipped. Peds staff was absolutely wonderful!

They are very slow on getting.test results in. Nurses are very nice but they don't come back after they check you in.

My husband was having trouble breathing and had cold sweats and shivering they treated him relatively quickly and was done
