Spoke to a gentleman who's mother went in for a routine colonoscopy and was sent home where she collapsed and died in her driveway due to the doctor puncturing her spleen, liver and another place they couldn't find. Her spleen was removed where it was determined her liver was also punctured which was repaired only to find out there was more bleeding somewhere else. It was determined due to her dying in her driveway that she had no brain activity and was thus removed from life support. She was a healthy elderly lady up until the colonoscopy. RIP ma'am. Prayers and blessings to you did your family.
