Larry has been our tax preparer for 2 years now since we moved to this state. He is very thorough and is always willing to step in and answer any questions we may have. Him and his wife Deb are very knowledgeable and the most trustworthy individuals we could have ever asked for. Jackson Hewitt is blessed to have these two wonderful people on their team. Thank you both for making us feel at ease during tax preparation time.

We did not get our second stimulus, Larry made sure to include it in both our joint return and my college students’ first return:). used another local branch of Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes. The tax preparer switched two of my bank account numbers causing two years of returns and consequently both of my stimulus to be successfully deposited into another account.nnOverall my complaint and grievance is with the entirety of the company. I contacted my tax preparer throughout the year and he was minimally helpful.nnI have spent HOURS on the phone with the national care support specialists. At least 3 times I was told a ticket was created and a supervisor would contact me. A day or two later I would call the national line back to learn they had no record of my call and a record was never created.nnFinally the area supervisor for my area who is located at the Waynesboro office got involved. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do. This is incredible frustrating because I have had to try to contact the IRS and my bank. However, Larry was genuinely apologetic and has offered a refund for the services and a letter of apology which is greatly appreciated.

Larry and his wife Deb are the kindest most accommodating people I have ever dealt with. Our taxes are prepared expertly ever year. I feel I am in great hands with them as our tax preparers

I have been with Jackson Hewitt for over 12 years now and the people are just so welcoming and experienced that I'm comfortable with trusting them with my tax's. That's why I always come back to the Jackson Hewitt in downtown Waynesboro. It's location is convenient and easy to spot. They are always quick in the process and accurate. Just Love the Experience every year!!
