Great and friendly service! everyone always greets you with a smile. I've been getting my taxes completed by Jan Hoover for over 15 years. Jan has always been very professional and up front about what she will be billing me for the great work she does. Needless to say, the work she does has always been spot on and done in a timely manner. BEST CPA I've ever had. Thank you for being so dependable for our family Jan! I have been working with Jan Hoover and her direct assistant Deanna Bratcher to file my taxes for almost a decade now. They are the best! I have relatively complicated tax returns and they always handle them quickly and professionally. There have been many occasions where I have been late to get them my tax return information, but every time, they have still been able to get my returns filed promptly and properly. Their rates are extremely competitive and they are the best value I've seen out there. But most importantly... they are just good people.nnJan and Deanna are both very knowledgeable of the ever changing tax code. I can recall numerous occasions where they have saved me money via there knowledge and their advice. They have always been super responsive to my questions and concerns. I've always felt very valued as a client. Even though I moved out of the area years ago... I continue to work with them. There is no one I trust more with my tax and financial information!

I have been working with Arehart and Associates for the past 3 years. To say that I have been satisfied would be an understatement! Each and every one of the firms employees are great. I personally work with Jan Hoover and she is nothing short of AMAZING! She answers any and all of my questions i have and does so within a timely manner. I have been working with Arehart Associates for about 3 years now. Jan has been my accountant and has always met all our needs for my business. Between her and her staff I couldn't ask for a better local service and their willingness to always work with me when needed. They take the time to go above their need to even sometime delivery me items instead of me having to leave my business to pick up items. I am thankful I met and have the opportunity to work with such a great team

She is excellent in communication and will send detailed emails with any questions regarding the books. I am so happy to finally find a great accounting firm that handles our books and taxes.
