I absolutely love it! The instructors are awesome and I love the flexibility of the classes. I've been doing it for just over a month, twice a week, and I'm already seeing some small changes. I would definitely recommend some one to try them out.

I would like to start out by saying the actual kickboxing classes were enjoyable and you definitely do get a good workout. However, I am unable to recommend this company because it seems that they care only about getting your money above everything else and their customer service is downright unethical. I bought a Groupon for ten classes and on the first day they pressured me into signing a yearly contract. I thought that was kind of annoying but no big deal, it is a business after all. Looking back, and after reading other reviews, I consider myself extremely lucky for not signing that contract. I never did get to attend all ten sessions that I paid for. I only attended a total of six times before they told me that I was out of sessions. I know this because I wrote down every session that I attended on my calendar. But they then have the audacity to ask you if you would like to become a member after having just cheated you out of your money. Take caution if you are thinking of joining, and make sure you read over everything if you are going to sign a contract. Also, do not take any employee for their word because they will then make up whatever they think they need to say in order to get you off their back. It is a shame that they treat their customers like they do.nnI did enjoy the actual workouts and am buying my own kickboxing bag for working out at home.

Overall the workout itself was amazing along with the instructors! But sadly the business itself is horrible. I signed up for the 3 month program and was super excited! Right off the bat I was having problems with the app that they have you use to sign up for classes. No one was ever able to get it to work for me so I was told I would have to email them everytime I wanted to schedule. On multiple occasions I showed up to the place being closed and no one responded to my email. I could have gotten past this but then when I was wanting to cancel I was told to just email the cancellation email 10 days before I want to cancel. I was never told it had to be 30 days prior and no one ever answered my cancellation email after sending multiple emails. Then my card was charged. And I was told that there was nothing they can do. So now I have to wait a whole month until it's canceled. I am very disappointed and felt that I was being conned out of money.

I had no idea how wonderful this location is. Specifically Andrew ! He’s a very inspiring instructor! My thighs are burning and i love it. I signed up for the trial membership and I’m completely sold. I’ve canceled my other gym memberships !
