Best crossfit gym I've been to. Great community with very attentive and knowledgeable coaches. I dropped in for about a month while working in the area and this will be my regular gym whenever I'm in town. Fun people and tough workouts... can it get any better!?!
I've never done CrossFit before coming here and the people here (not just staff, but the other members) are super helpful with everything. They push you and challenge you but they make sure to not let your pride get in the way and they take the time to teach you proper techniques to keep yourself safe.
