Six months ago I was 25 pounds over weight, depressed and completely out of shape. A friend of mine invited me to try CrossFit at the Almighty gym, and I said yes. Saying yes to CrossFit Almighty is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It's literally changed my life. The owners and staff take a personal interest in your development. They start you off slow, but push you when you need it. I am doing things with my body I never thought possible. Handstands, pull ups, lifting extremely heavy weights and performing grueling workouts! I look and feel like a completely different person. I am a different person now. They're amazing people and I am grateful for what they have done for me. Thank you guys.
Doug, Darlene, and coaches are remarkable. Not only do they offer high quality instruction , but customize each workout to maximize the individual potential. The culture is energetic, fun, and inspiring.
