I was about to rent a place from her but decided later that same day to cancel and withdraw application. 1st mistake I made is when I filled out application she did not inform of application fee. No problem, I sent it to her. A few hours later when I decided the place was not suitable for me and my family. I shot her email letting her know. The next day she informs me the fee is non-refundable. She did not disclose this to me or my husband. Renter Beware.
