Mr. Moore has done my taxes the last two years. 2018 I owed $1693 in fed taxes. I had enclosed in my tax packet some vouchers for payments. I made 2 $50 payments and one for $1600. This year I got a refund. When it was deposited it was $1500 short. I called the IRS. They said my 2018 taxes were never paid. Lol. I called Moores office to find out it was all my fault. Only one voucher was for 2018 and the rest were for 2019. I never to prepay my taxes for this year. It was never explained to me. Being a new client I would expect him to offer a meeting. I told him I was also a licensed professional and would never treat a client this way. His response was, you're being unreasonable. NEVER again!

I set up an appointment to see one of the CPAs who made me wait about 25 mins on him to finish with another client. When it was my turn he talk more to me about where i was from then about my taxes. I was in him office for all about 10 mins an he said that he needed something else to finish my taxes.nSo I went to another CPA an found out that I did not need what he was asking for. Fast forward a month later he calls me an gets furious on the phone when I tell him that found someone to do my taxes an sent me a bill in the mail for 227$. The worst experience with taxes I ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The manager or owner was just ignorant. Very unprofessional !
