The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I came in midday for a state inspection, and they were able to get it done despite their already busy workload. They also took the time to vacuum my car’s floor mats, which is a small detail but I really appreciated it. I’ve gone to other places where they hurry customers along and try to do things as quickly as possible. It doesn’t seem like that is the case with this business, so I would definitely recommend going here for good customer service.

I had an alignment previously done at another shop The other shop made an attempt to get the alignment as close as they could, but the owner told me that the alignment machine was of calibration. I still needed to have the alignment checked and adjusted for accuracy.nI was shocked to learn that they price a 2 wheel alignment for a pickup truck the same as a 4 wheel alignment. Anyone who has any mechanical knowledge knows the rear wheels are fixed on a pickup truck and there are no adjustments. They charge more for the same service elsewhere, and they will not negotiate. I'm not impressed, or recommending this place.

Visited them for a transmission flush on my truck.nI am very satisfied. Through professional job! And great price and a car wash too! Great place.

Nathan was awesome! They did as promised in a timely manner at the quoted price. Nathan even made a house call to check a rattling noise to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive for adjustments. They fixed the rattling and no issues since!

The team at Mac's is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I consulted them about my tires and how get the best life out them. They listened and provided an option that worked great for me.
