Clean and peaceful environment to work out in.
Ironside Gym is a phenomenal gym, a top notch trainer Dale Pierce works with anyone willing to get into better shape, this gym has alot of privacy rather than big chain gyms that are packed with tons of people, there's also a level of respect among people who take their fitness seriously.
Great selection of equipment, very clean, very convenient since it’s 24 hours and you get your own key, and the owner is helpful with anything you need.
