Great experience. Trade in value and new car price as stated three days earlier. Paperwork was ready with little wait time. Car was prepared and ready to go. My wife was ecstatic with her new Pilot. Great experience. Definitely a return customer and will bring my kids for their first car.

I was fearful for my health because masks were not required for staff or customers during this Covid19 pandemic. I plan to take my business elsewhere for future service for my vehicle.
