Went in to get information about filing taxes with Jackson Hewitt since I have always done them with Turbo Tax but my taxes are a bit more complicated this time. So I spoke with a gentlemen named Ashley and he was very polite, knowledgeable and eager to help. Left there feeling much more confident about my taxes this year.

Usually around Tax time I get super frustrated, Having multiple documents to file and not knowing about write offs that I am entitled to had caused me issues in the past. I met Tax Preparer Ashley, who was very informative and was able to make sure I received the maximum from my return. His expertise made filling this year very easy!

I did not het a return done but i had a few questions about this years return process. Zelda McGhee was very helpfull and polight in answering those questions. She went above and beyond in helping me with it. She exceeded my expetations and actually changed my perspective on this process which I always dreaded.nnI was educated and cared for, and that doesn't always happen for me when tax season comes around you know. Overall my experience with this Jackson Hewitt employee leaves me with the impression that i can trust JH and you guys have my best intrest when doing business. Especially since I have no understanding of taxes really. I will definitly come here to get the done.

Ashley was such a great help! I was so nervous about doing my taxes and don't trust most people to do them, so meeting Ashley, who gave me so much information, was very relieving . Also convenient being in Walmart!
