The workers let in groups at a time (groups, duos, and solos) as people exit. Since its a buffet, they can't give an accurate wait time (understandable) but there are signs posted outside asking patrons to try to keep their visit to 2 hours or less. When we were inside, none of the staff were enforcing or reminding people of this.
This place was amazing! Food was fantastic, staff was pleasant, and great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back!
The freshly made berrys desserts are specifically recommended to a very satisfied meal, the high quality berrys came from farms in Virginia and California, they took me over the top! It's cozy and nice restaurant at the great location in old town Alexandria, the prices are not cheap,but do match their good quality food, presentation and service.
I told them I needed an Irish coffee, nothing else, they had no idea that I had just lost someone very close to me. They provided me something that I can only say was magnificent. It was done with love. The folks who call this place home are very attentive and they are masters of their craft.
I should’ve wrote this review a long time ago. Having lived in old town for 3 years and kept dining out as a serious hobby, this is probably my favorite restaurant in Old Town. I have done the dinner menu multiple times, and did the Valentine’s Day special with the lady this year; every time the food and drink were fantastic. Their happy hour has to be one of the better kept secrets of the Old town scene because the menu and drinks are unbelievably delicious for the prices, and it runs from 4 until 8 every weekday, but the atmosphere is still relaxed with walk-in seating for a group of 2-4 in the lounge. The only thing we have not tried is their brunch, but it is on the top of my list!
