This is the best Papa John’s pizza I’ve had. Everyone who works at this location seems to really care about making their customers happy. Also, each time I’ve ordered here, the staff has been so nice!nI ordered 1 additional pepperoncini and they included 5, I ordered 1 garlic sauce, and they’ve given me 2.n5 stars, you guys are the best!!

I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza to compensate for the last pizza taking so long to be delivered. I chose to give them a second chance so I used the coupon and placed another order. This time my order took 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Keep in mind the store is only 2 miles down the road from me) when I called to find out where my order was, the manager said that the driver took the pizza deliveries out of sequence and mine was on its way. He assured me that it would still be hot. When I finally got the pizza, it was not even warm but COLD! Was his window rolled down?!? Not even an apology for the issues. Yea, it will be Domino’s from now on!

I put my order in online 14 to 20 mins should have been ready according to the online info I was given. Get there there's a line people waiting there food is not ready I get up to counter mines not ready was told 15 mins. Go out to my car wait go back in to again a line waiting several peoples food hadn't been made yet. So once again I get up to the counter he said I still haven't got yours in the oven so I said refund it to my card. People calling cancelling orders over the phone. It was ridiculous short staffed someone should been called in to help.

Ordered on-line, was ready on time. Folks were very friendly even though they were really busy! Good job!

Every time I order from papa johns dalevile, my delivery order is always late. This current order is almost 2 hours and counting. Called to check status, its out for delivery. I state its been almost 2 hours. Guy on phone hangs up. I live 1 mile from store. Would give them 0 stars if possible.
