Having been a moderately heavy user while living on island, I recently visited and our group ordered their broiled fish dinners (sword, salmon, cod, etc). It was simply outrageous and so fairly priced. They always surprise and never disappoint. If we re-plated the food on china plates, 18$ meals would have been Nantucket 40$.

Ordered a bunch of seafood for the family and they packaged it all up and we ate it at home. Lobsters were pre-cracked everything was delicious and we enjoyed it!

Goodness is this place hard to order food from. At least from my experience, I ordered dinner around 3PM and was told that my pickup time wouldn’t be until 7:30PM. Quite ridiculous to wait that long for seafood, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it’s COVID-19. However, when we got there to pickup our food, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes before our food was ready. On top of us being extremely hungry at this point, it didn’t help seeing other people walk in and out with their orders ready.nnAs for the food itself, I wouldn’t wait 4+ hours again for it. The 2+ lbs lobsters were gigantic, but not as tasty as smaller ones you could get. The fried seafood also wasn’t that good, and even a little cold after having to wait for so long. The one item that was yummy though were the raw oysters.

No where near to meetIng expectations, given other reviews. I love food and was looking forward to this. We ordered seafood platter and fried clams strips, crab cake, chowder and shrimp cocktail - all nondescript at best. The batter / breading was too much on the fried items and overfried (no other way to explain it) with the only notable exception being the fried shrimp; the crab cake encased in some weird crispy fried concoction (no breading). The fried fish was completely dry, and the shrimp cocktail looked store bought - as did the onion rings (frozen?). Not sure actually if anything was fresh. Super disappointing and waste of $85. Would never order from here again, and told the owners of the house we were visiting to remove the flyer so not as to be seen endorsing.

Amazing local seafood store - high quality and reasonable prices. Please note - if you choose to eat here it is SUPER casual. A couple of people have thought it’s fancy, so just don’t be surprised.nnOh, and they have some HUGE lobsters for sale and great bay scallops
