This place is a godsend! Visiting family from Maine, so having a place to step away to is appreciated!
Short but can be intense climb if you take the red and yellow trails. I'd recommend having hiking boots with ankle support. The blue trail is a nice gentle incline. It is about 2.1 miles to the rock cliffs and you can go further but not as good of a view.nDecent parking and seems pretty safe.
An intermediate hike with multiple trails nestled at the top of a mountain. You take an uphill trail from the lot through some switchbacks to get to the other routes, so be sure to bring water! Stop and listen to the Weeping Wall along the way and enjoy the huge rock formations jutting out of the mountain, or take one of the hand drawn maps available to see what else you can find!
Nice place to walk your dogs, make sure you clean up though.
Always a lovely place to spend time in nature! AllTrails dot com marks it as easy but its actually 90% moderate and 10% difficult on the 4 tier scale. Enjoy the views!
