The best locksmith service I have ever had! The professional from Duke Auto Locksmith came to my house on Wednesday to make me a new car key for my 07 Jetta. He was polite and professional & charged a very affordable price.
Super prompt service. They installed the 5-star quality locks in my house and gave extra keys for all the locks without any additional charges. I would soon be calling them to install an intercom system soon.
Just wanted to say thanks for the fantastic service. One of your technicians came out at 9 pm on Saturday to rescue my wife who was locked inside the car. The technician was quite cheerful despite the weekend hour. The guy came the next day to give her a key finder and didn’t even charge her anything.
My flat got robbed last week. Thank God, nothing too valuable was taken away, but my door was totally messed up and couldn’t be locked or even closed. I called the experts from Duke Auto Locksmith who quickly changed my locks and handed me the new keys. All this took less than a couple of hours. Terrible customer service. I called to get a FREE estimate as was advertised on their web site. I was told it would cost $29 for the tech to show up to provide the estimate, which started at $100 with no end to the estimate. They should know a range the estimate would be in. To top off their non free estimate the person I was talking to hung up. uke Auto will not be receiving business from me.
