We've know the humble and incredibly talented chef at American Seasons for more than a decade. In our opinion Neil Ferguson is simply one of the best chefs in the USA today. The best ingredients, combined with the talent and razor sharp skills of a master chef lead to nuanced dishes with fantastic flavors where nothing is lost in the mix. He just gets better and better. Highly recommended.
AMAZING. Hands down the best dining experience and food we had while on the island this trip. Would recommend. Beautiful patio and wonderful food.
Amazing dinner. HIGHLY Recommend the Halibut. Everything was fabulous. A+
RUDE, RUDE and RUDE ! We had a 6:00 pm reservation and called at 6:02 to say we were running a touch late (we thought that was a polite thing to do). We arrived at 6:09 ( 9 minutes late and we had called the restaurant to boot) and were scolded by the very greasy looking maitre’ d. You don’t scold people for being 9 !! minutes late- especially when we called to say we were running a touch late. Food was O.K. We’ll never return.
Management is horrible we had to cancel our reservation and they never answered the phone the day prior, upon finally getting in touch we told them we had to leave Nantucket early for a family emergency. Matthew Peel the manager was out right rude and couldn’t care less and said that he was going to charge us 50 per person because it wasn’t inline with their policy, we won’t be going back here based on our interaction with him.
