I have been attending this studio for several years and really have enjoyed the community spirit it upholds. Even with the struggles this year has brought, the instructors have rallied to ensure that still get the physical, mental and emotional support from a variety of classes that we all need. The communication is excellent- usually receive a response from an email within an hour or so. They are open to feedback about what classes the students want and always eager to try new things. Great vibe and great instructors- I feel I have made some life long connections with some very special yogis.
Grace Yoga and Pilates has been an important part of my life for several years. The instructors and programs are top notch and very caring. We are so fortunate to have this facility in our community. Actually, I'm not sure what I'd do without them. Since Covid-19 has changed the way the studio conducts classes, we have been able to continue online or on demand as well as attending classes with 5 or 6 others, socially distanced and wearing masks. The studio is very clean. Choose a class to meet your level or need and you won't regret it!
This studio has a great energy--wonderful instructors, peaceful space, at a great price! Highly recommend yoga classes for beginners as well as the experienced.
