This place is the best, I love how many different options they have for you to do there. The place is very clean and I love going there. They have the best pools for kids and adults. The staff are very nice and friendly and they are super nice too everyone. Thank you YMCA for a great time during Covid-19!

My husband and I joined the Y last Jan (2020, prior to COVID outbreak) we really enjoyed it quite a bit. I thought the facility was clean and had plenty of new equipment. Once COVID hit we stopped going and put our membership on hold. I was pregnant and really did not want to risk contracting COVID-19, the Y was really understanding and put our membership on hold no questions asked. After having our baby we decided we really would not feel comfortable bringing her to the facility to be watched just because of Covid so I went in to cancel the membership. The staff is very nice however I was quite disappointed to find that there is a 30 day cancellation policy. I understand that I am sure I signed something when we signed up acknowledging this policy but I have also spoken with staff several times since the pandemic started about canceling and every time they suggested I just place the account on hold. No one EVER mentioned or reminded me of the 30 day cancellation policy. At this point unfortunately we have probably spent $300.00 for something we did not use. I asked if there was anyone who could assist and waive the next monthly fee for us but all I was told was that it was policy. Unfortunately I think there is a way to waive it, they just won’t because it’s just a good way for them to get another $80. Bummer.

this is the worst planet fitness I've ever been to. i was swimming laps in the pool, and the lifeguard, andy or andrew (???) tried to give me yoga advice, and I don't even eat kale. I think he is a monk or something because he never wears shoes, and I'm just not into water yoga led by monks. if you like that then 15/10. but if you don't want to look like you teach chess to cops, -3/10.

I went today and it was an awesome experience and the lady at the desk was so nice and helpful and explained everything in detail!

Super friendly staff in every area i encountered them. The front desk, the stay and play and the class i attended all had the nicest, most helpful, patient and knowledgeable people you could hope for and i really appreciate that. Super clean as well.
