This is the former UFC GYM in Alexandria. They partnered up with Onelife and have a brand new Studio located inside Onelife Fitness Alexandria. With some of the best coaches in the DMV, they offer All-access, unlimited classes in Boxing Conditioning, Kickboxing Conditioning, Strength Training AND a full technical program including Muay Thai, Boxing with a Competition Team, Jiujitsu and MMA!nBut wait, there’s more! Because they are now under Onelife, you also get a Onelife membership with access to any Onelife Fitness and all of their group fitness classesud83dudd25ud83dudcaaud83cudffcud83dudd25!! ALL of this for $99 a month! AMAZING!

I don't know why the DMV doesn't have more gyms like this in the area. This is a rare find where you have a UFC Gym inside of a One Life Gym. Instead of having to decide between a fighting gym and gym with good work out equipment, and classes that aren't fighting, you get both. It's definitely the best deal for a gym in the area for all the options it gives you. Tracy is an excellent instructor, who takes great pride in getting quality instructors in the gym the have a myriad of fighting backgrounds. You really get the mixed martial arts deal as she has instructors that span backgrounds from wrestling, to Muai Thai, to Tai Kwon Do, to Jiu-Jitsu and Aikido, to traditional boxing. The conditioning and cardio kickboxing classes are always intense as well and I always leave feeling like I got a good work out in. I go here four times or more a week, can't recommend it enough.
