This place it nit worth the money. Get ready to wait a lot for machines. They don’t really fix defective machines and they don’t care. Not even if all the machines for the same exercise are broken! (See pic). Better off going to sport &health or Xsport fitness. As soon as my membership is up I’m leaving. Never again LA Fitness. Never again.

Overall a really nice facility. Before the pandemic it got pretty busy during the weekday nights but there was still enough equipment to go around. Staff were all really friendly and knowledgeable.nnI had to cancel my plan because I have an underlying condition which COVID could exacerbate. HQ was very helpful in getting me refunded (prorated). I've read online the opposite of this experience. This is why I want to give LA Fitness a good review.nnIt's a gym and not every piece big equipment bis going to be in brand new condition. The one less star is because it was a little too crowded for my liking but this is subjective.

Lots of free machines, 4 benches, 2 incline, 1 decline and 1 overhead. 1 power rack, 2 squat racks, and a load of smith and other hammer strength machines. Great gym.

Great staff, super friendly. Always clean. Paper towels and sanitizer always stocked. Doing a fantastic job at ensuring the safety of their patrons. Love this gym.nnMy one gripe is against the gym goers themselves. I see a lot of people complaining on reviews about people not wearing masks here. These people need to do some research about wearing a mask and working out. Sweating in a mask creates the perfect environment for bacteria to grow. Right next to your mouth and nose. Then most of these people complaining never wipe down their equipment.nnThe gym itself is great, and if you’re looking for a place to work out I highly recommend this location.

Great Customer service, employees are friendly however the equipment is just pitiful and sad. Everything is broken and old and when I say everything... even the mildly operating items have something wrong with them. Major renovations are needed. It’s sad the money we pay monthly is not being put back into the needs of the gym.
