Oscar the electrician called to confirm the appointment and advise when he would arrive. He arrived on time and was fully masked and wore gloves. He and his trainee wore covers over their shoes even though they walked only about 5 feet through the house to enter the garage where the work was to be performed. They were very professional.nnOscar quickly assessed the needed work to bypass a fluorescent light ballast and install two LED lights. The work was accomplished quickly and neatly. The work was checked to ensure everything was in proper operating order.nnI was very satisfied with this work and with Michael & Son.

This was the best house call ever!!!!!The two gentlemen arrived and introduced themselves at our first point of contact. I was definitely impressed with one of the professional guys in particular. The name on his shirt was “Luis” not sure if it was his 1st or last but he blew me away with his excellent customer service etiquette and values. Luis explained everything possible before the start of the job and gave me the confidence that he would take care of the problem to the best of his ability. Every company should have a “Luis”. Technician Henry was extremely professional and did a great job replacing the piping under my kitchen sink. He explained everything he needed to do and provided great advice for maintenance going forward. He was able to spot where previous plumbers had done things incorrectly and the problems it was causing with suggestions on what to double check next time.nNot the cheapest option, but worth the cost for knowing it was done right.nnEdit: I had another plumbing job later on and Henry was sent out again and did a wonderful job replacing some old cut off valves cleanly and professionally. I really appreciated all of his guidance and insight!

We had to turn off main water due to shower/faucet valve damaged. Michael & Sons understand the importance and schedule early morning call and came on time. Person was very professional and courteous. He finished very quickly and done correctly. Amount was reasonable. I would 100% recommend them specially during emergency situations.

I had a new oven installed and found that the power outlet would not accommodate it. I called Michael & Sons and they were able to give me same day service. The electricians arrived at 8:30 p.m. Even after a very long day they maintained their sense of humour and professionalism. Excellent customer service.
