There are a lot of good Latino electricians out there.nThis is not one of them.

Our food establishment has some electrical issues that needed to be service so we hired Cesar who is also an owner of.....to fix the electrical cable and adding additional outlets. Before he started to work on it we told him that the previous electrician did not installed our cable and outlets correctly. Knowing Cezar have a current electrical license with experience background for residential and commercial so we ask if he can repaired/fixed that at our restaurant. He said yes,nso we discussed that he has to add 1 outlet with 3 plug-in but instead he installed 1 outlet with only 2 plug-in, after the service was finished we inspected his work, seeing that it was incorrect, we called him about it and he said “I know it only 2, I’ll come to change to 3 tomorrow”,nHe also suppose to add 1 outlet close to the kitchen sink and he did, but it was the regular panel, it has to be GFI panel, he did came back to change to GFI panel. Because of this, we feel that since he has license and experience to do the work for restaurant but not being responsible until we call him to confront him about it. He supposed to check all the outlets which is not right from the previous electrician but he didn’t, we are not the electrician we don't know that we couldn’t use the corde to connect from the outlet with some of our machine, we have some machine with short cords, he ask us to pay extra for the the work. We has already paid him $1650 and he has agree to it. Bottom line is he can do good work on electrical for residential property, he has installed cameras for my house in the past, so we trusted him and hired him for our commercial property, but this time for our business we are so disappointed. Again, he can do a good job at your house, but please do not hire him for your commercial. For reference purpose we have photos of before and after of his work on our commercial property.
