Had a complicated electrical issue at home. Called it in the night prior and they were there by morning. It was a weird issues that took two technicians and 12 hours. Though it took a while, the company only charged me for about 7 hours work which I greatly appreciate. Would recommend.

I requested a quote through an online form from Kolb Electric to replace an aged breaker panel for my home. A few days after the request I received a phone call to schedule the appointment for the following Friday between 10am - 2pm (a very large window). The company never showed up for the appointment and never called to reschedule or even apologize. Fortunately, I was already off of work that Friday, because if I had taken leave from work to meet someone for a quote and they didn't show and didn't follow up, it definitely would have been much worse.nnKolb, this is not very professional and does not show much concern for the customer or their time.

Overcharged $50 on 7/20 and promised immediate refund. Multiple emails to Nick and Gabriela have not been productive. Install tech was great but I want my refund. Beware of the final billing

Unfortunately I paid and swiped my card for one amount and later I was charged an a different amount (double what was quoted) I called waited a week to see if my refund will return for the overbill. Nothing. Don't use these people. Accounting will rip you off.

Just wanted to have others aware of their discrimination policy which is not posted anywhere on their site. They will not come into the home of any front line worker. I am disappointed in their ignorance and wanted to share this so others don’t waste their time
