One of their drivers consistently parks illegally and unsafely for long periods of time in the shopping center where I work. After calling them several times to get him to move, they asked if they could give the driver my name and number so that he could explain why he parks like that to me directly. I said no and asked to be transferred to a supervisor, and was instead transferred to the supervisor's voicemail. Only a few minutes later, I got a call from the cab driver asking for me by name, after which he proceeded to scream and threaten me for several minutes before hanging up. I filed a police report and still fear for my safety when I see this man multiple times per week, as he could easily discover what I look like and where I work with my name and phone number which THE COMPANY GAVE OUT AGAINST MY EXPLICIT WISHES.
Terrible service. I called for a cab that never showed up and when I notified them of this, they advised me to call another cab company. I did not have my smartphone at the time, otherwise I would've used Uber or Lyft.
I had a King Cab driver pick me up from National Airport and take me home. Very friendly and pleasant conversation! Had a card reader available through his phone, and the receipt was sent to my email address.
Great service with King Cab company. Much better than Uber and Lyft. Will continue to use them whenever I can. Super friendly drivers.
I had a King Cab driver pick me up from Reagan National airport to take me home. The fare was cheaper than Uber and the driver was friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
