I was looking at necklaces and found one that i liked so i kept it with me and then after a little bit decided not to get it so i put it back in the area i found it in and then went to the other side of the store. The manager came up to me saying she saw me walk over with it and then it wasn’t there (accusing me of stealing) and was extremely rude with the situation and i offered to empty my pockets but she said in a rude tone that she can’t check me.

went to the store in Harrisburg yesterday and had amazing service. today i went to this store ONLY to buy chucky doll and a few other things i seen in Harrisburg with chucky. workers were extremely rude! horrible customer service. I am not able to wear a mask due to personal health issues. but the bride of chucky doll is only in stores, so i was planning on spending about $350 in this store today but i was told i had to leave. and couldn't not shop there. Employee went behind counter and put her hand up and said stay 6 feet away. i told her i only wanted the chucky dolls. and she then told me to go ahead. but at this point why would i ever want to come and spend my hard earned money in your store?? I will be driving an hour to go to Harrisburg Monday. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

I went into Spencer’s looking for a gag gift and the employees were EXTREMELY rude. It was not a friendly atmosphere whatsoever and I felt very unwanted. If you’re looking for a place where you feel welcomed I suggest not going to Spencer’s.

Absolutely loved the selection of inventory! We probably would have looked at the rest and bought some things except for the rude employee! This old lady that probably shouldn’t be working in a store geared toward teens and young adults was extremely rude!! If you’re in Selinsgrove at the Susquehanna valley mall skip Spencer’s and check out Hot Topic next door!

Normally don’t have an issue at this store, love there body jewelry! But today I accidentally dropped shot glasses and they shatter on the ground and the one store attended broke out an attitude towards me (I even apologized and offered to clean it up myself) and while shopping throughout the store after, the one store attended was making smart comments loud enough for me to here.. If you can’t professionally deal with accidents as little as accidentally dropping shot glasses than you shouldn’t work with the public!
