My mother works here through a nursing agency. I called and spoke to the nursing manager Marcy about the possible need for inclusion and proper PPE use and resources of where to get PPE at this location. I was able to see via a FaceTime call while my mother was on break some of these issues there. Thank you Marcy for hearing my concerns today.
My mom was just discharged after a month stay to recover from a uti and other issues. Taking care of my mom has allot of challenges. She’s deaf and nearly blind and confused. Everyone from the cleaning people to the office personnel treated my mom and me with nothing but compassion, dignity and respect. They made a very hard time for mom and the family, easier to cope with. If you are considering a place to care you a loved one, rest assured Lafayette Manor will exceed your expectations.
Care is better than anywhere else in Uniontown, food is good too! The rehab center is new and modern
All in all this is the most depressing place I have ever been to, but it's because of what's happening there, nothing else. The accommodations are nice, and the staff is very friendly and they genuinely care. My aunt was in great hands with them. I truely thank them all for the job they did!
Clean home for a long term skilled residential facility. Staff is friendly and attentive to residents. They also have a large popcorn maker in the lobby and offer free popcorn ud83dude00
