Called Chuck's due to me being locked out of my safe at work. Not only did he show up as fast as he said he would, but he was also extremely professional. A+ Chuck!! He picked away at the lock only having to return to his truck a few times for tools. Once he opened the safe and let me know what the problem was (BATTERIES) he went back to his truck to see if he himself has extra batteries that I could have. Talk about going ABOVE and BEYOND the CALL of DUTY!! You've got my business anytime CHUCK!!

I have used Chuck a couple of times over the years. He has always been prompt and professional. He seems very experienced, no call took long, he has helped me in an emergency when I locked my keys in my car and was in hurry, he has set an appointment and re-keyed my home, he has even made me spare keys from drop offs at his shop.
