The treadmills in the water have enabled me to continue improving my stamina and strengthening my injured knee for over a year now. There's something about being in the water that enables the stress of the day to melt away, leaving both body and mind refreshed after a workout. Started with therapy and ended using their pool.i now have personal training with Cody G. Each training we do something new as he educates me on all the gym and weights have to offer. I have been attending physical therapy at the Carlisle Pike location for a few months now following my ACL reconstruction. The staff are very friendly polite. My therapist team was Jeremy and Nicole, both are absolutely outstanding! I would highly recommend the institution and most assuredly, the team of Jeremy and Nicole! Thanks guys!

The staff at Elite were very welcoming and helpful. I had PT on my shoulder and was able to return to normal activities in just a couple weeks. I received the same level of care and attention no matter who I was working with. I would recommend them to anyone needed PT or general fitness help.

The team at Elite was very professional. I had been there for PT after a meniscus repair and ligament surgery. Was able to fully recover and be back to my normal activities in about 12 weeks. Laura and team did a great job and made me feel comfortable throughout which matters a lot when you are on PT trying to get back to at least being normal in quick time.
