Quality of service has definitely declined since the kitchen remodel. The wife waited 20 minutes for a chai tea that never got made. The fancy new coffee machines apparently can't do the flavored coffee like hazelnut or salted caramel. And they stopped having a bottle of the reese's creamer at the cream and sugar station.

Ordered nachos but didn’t pick them up fast enough, apparently. After paying for them I was told I never paid for them. I had to go back and make my case that I had paid for them but never got them. I got a refund and a ‘sorry’ and that was it. Thanks for calling me a liar, GetGo. And finally giving me my money back.

Prices were great. Food was good and prepared very quickly.
