Always have had perfection (in taste, quality & what I ask forud83dudcaf) on my orders, but this day the cashier that took our order wasn't in the mood of working. I tried spelling out the name (no I got it), sauce on the side on chicken sandwich (even the bread was loaded with the sauce). When I asked for my order after so long, she comes giving me an order with a different name, trying to argue with me that it was my name.ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f She was young and I had never seen her before.

I ordered for delivery and got Honey Mustard w/ XXTRA sauce. When I went to open the box, there was LITERALLY no sauce and the chicken was dry. This has been happening a couple of times and I have been ordering here since I was 16! Through out the years, I personally feel like this place isn’t the same anymore.

Some of the best chicken wings that I've had in a good bit. When I first head about this place I wasn't expecting much being its located near a bunch of other restaurants and its chicken. There's not much you can do with chicken that hasn't been done already. Yeah, I was wrong.. so wrong.nMe and my girlfriend decided to check it out being we've been on the road all day and at this point if we didn't eat something soon I fear we would've ate each other. Well anyways we ordered two Hanger #1 (which is a DC-10, your choice of one of there many sauces, small fries and a coke). I recommend the jet fuel sauce if you want a little bit of kick but you don't want to die. Long story short im a fan for life cause those wings were so damn good if I could've i would've ordered another round. This is now my new wing spot when I'm in the Worcester area.

#1 Amazing Sauces!! #2 Great size wings!! #3 Taste I'm not sure, if, the cooking amt of time, has been reduced, for large crowds, less wait time. I don't know?? But, the last 2 times, I ordered, it tasted like it was Rushly cooked. It tasted like it was undercooked(not like raw)chicken was tough and the skin was soft. Hopefully, they get back on track of Perfect again!! I say for the wing size/great sauce/price and if, you don't mind putting it in the oven to cook longer.nGO FOR IT!!

Customer service was on POINT. Very good. Professional. Order was taken efficiently&order was complete. NICO was who took my order. He is giving wings over Worcester a good name. Order was great!!nothing missing. Wings& fries were tasty. Thanks Nico.
