Jim's Pizza is amazing their sauce whether it be spaghetti or chicken parmesan is delicious it's not burnt and taste really good and you can tell that it was cooked that day not from a jar. Your pizza is amazing when you ask for a pizza a certain way you get it no questions asked you don't even have to go back and look at the pizza you can walk away which pizza and be happy that when you get home it's the pizza that you ordered. Staff there is very friendly and courteous and they always accommodating. No wonder UMass memorial staff love that place so much they recommend them and I'm recommending anybody else go to a good place like this!

Food was Amazing loved the chicken finger salad ud83eudd57 but I must say the customer service is not that great I walked in to get my order and a customer was put in front of me automatically after telling the service wat I was hear to pick up then proceeded to say over and over again that he was here 2 hours waiting so thats I he put him in front of me mind you my food was ready tho ud83dude00 the fact someone has to wait 2 hours for pizza ud83cudf55 is crazy and then put infront of everyone else's order not my fault the the kitchen efficiencies lack customers should pay the price for the businesses mistake so next time you order make sure people are not waiting for 2and a half hours for there food before you do first and last time using Jim's

Very good food...BBQ steak calzone is really good...broccoli chix Alfredo with penne pasta,xtra Alfredo sauce is awesome!!!!
