Due to a recent death in the family i was in need of some storage for firearms, and valuables passed down the family. Not knowing much about safes the guys at Caola were extremely helpful and informative about what safe i need to store the items i received. Very affordable, cant recommend them enough. Love the guy's at Caola, always friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me out when in a bind at the Cascades park in Worcester. A technician came out to me and programmed a key right on the spot after i dropped mine on the silver springs trail (the yellow one). Thanks Zack!
Try to have them make copies of a key but they said they would not do it without a receipt showing that the key was purchased from a United States dealer because he didn't want to break his machine try to cut a key that may have been made in some foreign country. Of course he had a key that would cost me over a $100 to be copied and made but didn't want to cut a $5 key
