Just got my second shot - Matt was awesome and explained everything!
Really really bad customer service. It takes them half an hour to pick up the phone. A woman finally answered just to tell me to hold for another 10 minutes. The man that then answered the phone gave me an answer that was completely wrong, I asked to speak to his manager and he told me to call -1-800 and didn't even finish the number and hung up. I will definitely be calling back.
Literally lady told me how is your day and could I help you with anything I'm walking towards the beverages and she doesn't even mention that the machine is broken and that all the beverages are warm so wasted my time and effort trying to get something cold to drink and she walked by and said that and didn't even say that all the coolers are broken and down thanks such great hospitality and such great service huh nice say not I'll take my business to Walgreens n*****
Nobody ever answers the phone. I'm using a different pharmacy. I've been waiting a week for my prescription to be filled.
I just like everyone to know that I was at the check out after I was throw with the pharmacy. The woman at the check out gave me a hassan about being in the store after the start time for elderly . I try to get out as fast as I could . I guess she would have like me to drop my stuff and just leavenJust so people know ther was a 26 year old kid in front of me and she said nothing to himnI will shop somewhere elsenJust so everyone knows that CVS didn't even respond to my review very sad to have help like that and they keep them on
