Pharmacy always getting things wrong. They tell you they will fill a script in 10 minutes you get it an hour later. Love when you call and they scold you for calling instead of using the app that barely works. The pan handling is out of control there as well. I gave 2 stars because I'm being generous.
My wife & I use this pharmacy and my biggest concern is the beggers that sit right near the front door every day, I have spoken to the manager about this .He said they have a securety company at night watching the lot .I told him that most of this goes on during the day & these people are back at the homeless shelter by 7:00pm. I would not complain but now they are getting nasty if you don`t give them something ,
Gave prescription, was told it will take 15min. After 30min the person who took the prescription is gone and new person tells me to wait 10min more. Informs the information is wrong. Compete joke! Don’t know how to run pharmacy.
Pan Handling is out of control, stay away there are so many other pharmacies you can use why get harassed by homeless people.
The pharmacy attached to this Walgreens location is pretty pathetic. It's generous to say they move at a snails pace, and essentially look for every reason they can to avoid filling prescriptions. First time I came here they gave me several numbers to verify different pre-existing information. The second time, I had to argue/explain that all the information had been submitted and verified. After arguing, they filled my prescription, which is proof they're out to look for every reason to say no before saying yes. Pretty pathetic indeed.
