I had two experiences with Bonardi's - once for a friend's wedding in the summer of 2017 and the second time for my own last February. Both times they fitted me perfectly (far better than another, larger company that will go unnamed..) and gave me and my guys plenty of options. They were very flexible from start to finish, coordinating pick ups and drop offs at what ever location was easiest for each individual person, and made sure each of us looked our best. If you in Worcester county, this is THE place to get your suit or tux!

Pricing was OK and the employees were extremely friendly. However, as my wife and I look at our wedding pictures we realize that my pants fit much larger. They did not look like this in the store when fitted initially. Yes I did come back to try them on, but obviously I'm unable to see the back of my pants.nnAdditionally one of my groomsmen was given the wrong shirt and they wait until very close to the event date to get suits in. Not everyone works 9-5 and can just come in the day before to have adjustments made. Again I was treated well, but for the money I spent I expected more out of them.nnUpdate: They quickly and politely got my groomsmen the money he was overcharged. For this I am very grateful.nnHowever, the wedding photos are coming in and my pants are a joke. 150% not what I tried on initially when I was fitted. Additionally, how anyone thought these were OK when I tried on the actual pair in store is beyond me. They are absolutely massive in the legs, again, something I'm unable to see while wearing them. Clearly I cannot redo my wedding, but I am severely disappointed in the tailoring at this location.

The woman in here were the two nicest and understanding people possible! They made it so easy for us, definitely will return!!
