Phenomenal staff, Amazing customer service. I’ve tried plenty of tax offices and I have never felt more secure and comfortable going back year after year until I found Kim! They are amazing people and they do great work for myself and my family.
I had my first visit with Kimberly, she worked very hard for me, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back next year!!

4th year witg Jackson Hewitt 2nd with them, this is by far the best office! Kim is super kind and great with explaining things.
I was a little worried about coming into an office because of Covid, HOWEVER, I came in to be greeted by Samantha, She was polite and very helpful. I was then offered a bottle of water and was lead into my Preparer Kim. Kim talked with me about the life changes this year with Covid and the Stimulus and everything that could affect my Taxes this year. She was very professional and cared for what was in my best interest. Kim explained everything to me and was able to answer every question I asked without any hesitation. The office was very clean and masks were worn the entire time. You could smell the lysol and tell that they take pride in how to keep the clients worry free. Not just with Taxes but with our health as well. I have not seen a Jackson Hewitt office this clean before. And the Staff here is AMAZING and so very helpful. So I thank them. I will be returning each year and referring my friends to this office.
