I’ve spoken to the Tax Collector, James Dunbar, a couple of times in the last year and found him professional and very helpful.nnIn small towns my experience is staff are usually part-time, over worked and hard to reach but both times I’ve called I was quickly connected to Jim and he was able to access my information right away.
Using a deputy tax collector that isnt open 5 days a week, all business day long is beyond frustrating!! Especially when every other town uses Kelly & Ryan associates where you can pay an overdue excise tax bill ONLINE, 24/7!! It's absolutely ridiculous that all other business has to halt because the office is closed and there's no online payment options!!
