The team at Don Allen worked with my family for several weeks to not only find the right car, design the right deal and manage all the details. They went over the top to help us with a registration issue when I was unable to be in the state of Massachusetts. The entire team more than surpassed our expectations and executed an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

Unresponsive, don't follow through on commitments. Many many contacts with Office to execute some simple transactions like getting plates issued, and not even receiving calls back. Disappointing after having done business with them for decades.
