Unlike corporate hardware stores Jeds customer services has always exceeded my expectations. The staff is always upfront asking if you need help. Some of the employees may look younger but they certain know where to find what you need and will respectfully provide there opinion if they believe what you want maybe not be the best fit for your situation. The prices are slightly higher, but I’ll gladly pay more for honesty, friendly service.nnThe addition of the heavy machinery rentals has been a blessing. The prices are great, the tools are all professional grade. Don’t forget to keep supporting your local business!!!
They fixed my snowblower that I had bought somewhere else. They picked it up in the morning, fixed it, then dropped it off in the afternoon. They handled all the warrantee paperwork for me and I only had to pay for delivery which was more than reasonable and worth every penny.
They have almost everything. Definitely worth a look. Call and ask if you don't see it in the web. Very friendly staff!
