I don’t often feel compelled to write reviews, but this McDonald’s is particularly bad. We have been sitting at this drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for just a few shakes and a sandwich. Additionally, when we ordered, they were out of at least half of the menu items we asked for. Staff inside seem to be moving exceptionally slow. I acknowledge that this is a rest area McDonald’s, but it somehow didn’t even meet the low expectations I had in the first place.
We ordered hot tea and were given hot water. On asking, she kept the tea packet next to the water and walked off. No sorry said. It was a bad experience. The location of this MacDonalds is Charlton service plaza MA.
