I don’t understand what just happened here. 4:45p on a Friday with four staff and the slowest turnaround times I’ve ever experienced. Surprisingly disappointed, especially for the east coast ud83dudc4eNobody seemed to want to work.

Ordered a chocolate cookie crumble creme frappe- guy told me it couldn’t be made without coffee, and I explained that it could. So, he said okay. I assumed this meant he knew. Then, I asked for a violet drink as well, and he said to the barista girl , “do you know to to make this?” And when she replied “no”, he told her it was a passion tea with coconut milk- which it is not- so I informed him and she still made it the same. And, it tasted awful- so I made sure I told her how to actually make it. Very berry hibiscus, coconut milk, and classic syrup. She said okay, and instead of her remaking it, the man said he would make it- and he crushed up the dried berries so that I would not be able to drink it. Then, my creme frappe came out- made with coffee!!! And when I asked him to remake it- he made it the exact same!! Do NOT come to this location.

I didn't catch her name, but I asked for my latte to be reheated when I got off the plane and they offered me a new one instead ud83dude0a so kind of them. Really helped my day along. (This review is for the Starbucks in terminal B. There wasn't a GMB listing for that one).

Horrible service. The line was like a 30 min wait plus another 10 min once the order was placed. They have no warm food, only bagels. I guess they don’t have any customer service. I got a caramel frappe and it was the worst I ever had(ice was not smooth, no prepared well), plus they don’t have wipe cream.
